Where do troop donations go?
Troop dues and donations go to various costs for the troop such as paying annual national membership fees, for the troop locker, campsite fees and more!

Friends of Scouting

They recommend donating $250/scout with Corporate matching, so $125/scout.
If you are donating for multiple scouts in a family, it can all be done in the same donation. It is always good to document in the comments the names of the scouts the donation is on behalf for. We may also want to have them email someone that it has been done. If your company uses Benevity, they can choose:
